Day1: Meet & Greet – Embark on the Desert Experience
We put at your service this private “a night in Merzouga Desert: Morocco Camel Trek” to enable you to experience the deep-seated nomadic lifestyle as we have inherited it from our ancestors. This adventurous experience starts at around 09 am from your hotel or from any location by prior arrangement. You’ll leave your car secured in designated parking, take what you need for the camel trek including toothpaste & brush, warm clothing in case it gets chilly at night…etc.
We will saddle up the camels for our camel trekking experience from Merzouga desert, then embark on our journey through the golden sand dunes of Erg Chebbi appreciating the miraculous views & the prevalent silence while taking photos along the way. You’ll have lunch by the hospitality of a local nomad family on the edge of the dunes. Have enough space of discussion to enrich your knowledge about the deep-seated cultural heritage of the “Berber” Amazigh Nomads & their lifestyle.
In the afternoon, we will continue on the track once again through the sand dune field to our desert camp where a warm welcome with mint tea will take place. Climb up to attend the majestic view of the sunset before returning back to the camp for dinner followed by a time of entertainment with drums and castanets.
Wake up in the morning to attend the view of the sunrise, enjoy a nice breakfast under the sunlight followed by a relaxing shower. We will get you back to your car or the location of your choice.
Day2: Explore Merzouga desert and Berber vollages.
Day3: Transfer to Errachdia
